On March 7th Wageningen University – officially founded on March 9th, 1918 – celebrated its 90th Dies Natalis in Forum on Wageningen Campus.

The keynote on the subject of Food or Fuel: Governing for sustainability was held by prof. Arthur Mol. Honorary doctorates were conferred on dr. David Baulcombe, professor at the University of East Anglia and Cambridge University, and on dr. Daniel Pauly, professor at the University of British Colombia in Canada.

Both honorary doctors contributed to the seminar On science and governance held in the morning, prior to the official ceremony.
