Help on visa inquiry

Information about the applicant.
Citizen of:
The country of nationality as stated in the travel document. If a country is not listed contact the assigned diplomatic or consular mission.
Status in US:
The legal status in the United States. If a status is not listed select other.
Visiting/residing in:
The state in the US the applicant is currently visiting or residing in.

Travel document.
National passport:
Select this option if the applicant travels on a passport issued by the authorities of the country of nationality.
US Re-Entry Permit:
Select this option if the applicant travels on a Re-Entry Permit issued by the United States authorities.
Other:
Holders of other travel documents are advised to contact the assigned diplomatic or consular mission as other regulations may apply.

Travel itinerary for Schengen area.

Duration of stay:
The periode between arrival in and departure from the Schengen area or the international transit zone. Consult the travel itinerary.
Purpose of stay:
The purpose of visiting the Schengen area. Select airport transit for staying in the international transit zone on the airport.
First country traveler arrives:
The first Schengen country visited upon arrival in the Schengen area, or the Schengen country were a airport transit is taking place. Consult the travel itinerary.
Second country traveler arrives:
The country visited after the first Schengen country, or the country were a second airport transit is taking place. If this is a country outside the Schengen area then select ‘other’. Consult the travel itinerary.
Main destination:
The Schengen country that can be considered the main destination in the Schengen area, based upon the amount of days visiting that Schengen country. In case of an airport transit select ‘other’. Consult the travel itinerary.
